ABOUT ME
I offer short-term and long-term counselling for a wide range of problems, and I have a passionate interest in chronic pain, health conditions, depression and anxiety.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor which means I aim to create a warm, nurturing and accepting space for you to explore your situation. My role is to enable you to explore whatever you choose to bring to the sessions and support you to gain a deeper understanding of how it is impacting you and how to create positive change in your life.
Experience
I have over 15 years’ experience in a variety of mental health, social care and wellbeing roles. I have spent a significant period of time in front-line services supporting people with depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and disability.

I have experience of living with a chronic pain disorder for 10 years and have a keen interest in working with people who want to explore ways to cope with chronic illness and managing changes in their life circumstances.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical framework and professional conduct.
